Who We Are

Threshold Management and Coaching believes in courageous leadership. We specialise in supporting boards and leaders of organisations to focus their organisation toward the future. We assist you to explore what is working, what isn’t and ask those brave questions that will define where you need to go. We facilitate conversations to open your thoughts and actions to new possibilities. Our work is inspired by the belief that organisations can achieve different or better results by looking at an opportunity or problem through a different lens. Often people use the same responses to situations and hope they get a different answer. We help you see when it’s time for a different question or perspective so your organisation can get the results you want.
